Allied Engineering offers
an excellent compensation and benefits package ranked at the top
of the scale in Montana, and we make considerable effort to accommodate
our employee's personal lives and schedules.

VACATION
Three weeks of vacation per year, accruing immediately at 4.6
hours per two-week pay period.
HOLIDAYS
Nine paid holidays per year.
SICK LEAVE
One-week of sick leave per year, accruing immediately at 1.54
hours per two-week pay period.

Allied encourages its employees to exercise on a regular basis
by rewarding them with discounted Health Club memberships, gift
certificates to health food stores and other incentives. Allied
also sponsors a Health Fair where employees get free and discounted
health evaluations.
EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP
PLAN (ESOP) and 401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN
Employees are eligible to participate in the Allied Engineering
Services, Inc. ESOP and 401(k) retirement plans after completing
one year of service and working at least 1,000 hours or more.
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION
Allied Engineering will pay for the fees required to maintain
the employee’s professional registration(s).
TESTING FOR PROFESSIONAL
REGISTRATION
Allied Engineering will pay for fees and reasonable expenses directly
related to testing for professional registration.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Allied Engineering will pay for fees and reasonable expenses associated
with the employee attending conferences / seminars for continuing
education credits.
ADVANCED TECHNICAL DEGREE
With board approval, Allied will reimburse a portion of tuition
and fees for employees wishing to pursue advanced degrees in areas
that would benefit their careers and the company.
