Las Campanas Subdivision

Las Campanas Subdivision
Belgrade, Montana

Construction for this 290-lot subdivision was completed in the summer 2006. Allied Engineering provided project management, design and construction services for the installation of roads, water, and wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.

The project included 7,400 feet of 21-inch sewer outfall. The sewer outfall alignment included design through heavy presence of existing sewer, water and power, and telecommunication lines. Connection of the new main to existing sewer facilities while maintaining flow was crucial. The sewer outfall included 220 feet of jack and bore under a railroad line and U.S. Highway 10.

The subdivision connected to the Belgrade municipal water and sewer district system. Allied worked closely with developer, state and local agencies to create a successful project. In addition, Allied performed hydrologic analyses of a 1280 acre watershed, hydraulic modeling of the water system and production of digital maps.
